Neil Sanburg, Director
Mr. Sanburg has been employed by GCSEC for several years as a school psychologist, Program Coordinator, Assistant Director and most recently, Director of Special Education.
   
Carol Senica, Assistant Director
Ms. Senica has been employed by GCSEC as a Program Coordinator and most recently as the Assistant Director. She also has experience as a speech-language pathologist. Her professional interests are reading disabilities, autism, speech and language development and early childhood.
   
Carolyn Elkin, Program Coordinator
Ms. Elkin functions as a Program Coordinator for the Grundy Alternative School (G.A.S), Gardner South Wilmington High School, Morris High School, Braceville, Nettle Creek and and out of county ED/BD placements. Her professional interests include administration, social work and the education of ED/BD students
   
Erica Schramm, Program Coordinator
Ms. Schramm has been employed by GCSEC as an LD teacher.  She is currently serving as Program Coordinator for LD programs at Jones, Walnut Trails, Minooka Elementary, and Aux Sable, and EC/DK programs at Minooka Junior High, Saratoga, White Oak, Mazon, and Gardner. 
   
 
Janna Siron, Program Coordinator
Janna Siron has been employed by GCSEC as a EMH/TMH and Autism Instructor.
She is currently serving as program coordinator for Saratoga School, EMH/TMH Programs, and the Stars program for students with Autism.
   
Michelle Laird, Program Coordinator
Ms. Laird has been employed by GCSEC as an LD/BD teacher, and is currently serving as Program Coordinator for Minooka Intermediate, Minooka Junior High School, Minooka High School and the REACH Program.
   
Christy Ely, Bookkeeper
Mrs. Ely is a certified public accountant. She maintains the budget for GCSEC and is responsible for monthly, quarterly and yearly financial/grant reporting.
   
Linda Hansen, Bookkeeper
Mrs. Hansen is responsible for the bi-monthly payroll for GCSEC, as well as all monthly, quarterly and annual reporting related to personnel and payroll. She also maintains employee absences, benefits, insurance and workman's comp reports.
   
Brenda Montgomery, Secretary
Mrs. Montgomery is the secretary for the speech and language pathologists and preschool screenings. Her other duties include computer data entry for state reports and typing psychological and social development reports.
   
Missy Enervold, Secretary
Mrs. Enervold is the secretary to the psychologists and social workers. She is also responsible for maintaining student records, sending out staffing notices and database maintenance.
   
Julia Morrissy, Secretary
Mrs. Morrissy is presently serving as GCSEC executive secretary. She has a B.A. in English from Eastern Illinois University. She is responsible for assisting staff with workshops, absences, reimbursements, attendance and professional development.
   
Natalie Friend, Secretary
Mrs. Friend is the office receptionist. She is also responsible for record filing and various office tasks.
